What are you Feeling?

It can be tricky to figure out what you are feeling sometimes. Especially if you are feeling several, possibly contradictory things at once. Further, you may have been told directly or indirectly that some emotions are not acceptable; or you may just be feeling numb or overwhelmed. One of the first steps in processing your emotions is to identify them, without judgment. Below is a list of emotions and feeling. This is not meant to be a complete list, just a starting point to help you identify what is going on.
